Service of Remembrance

It was lovely to welcome the local community into church this year for our Service of Remembrance. The uniformed organisations paraded from the car park, up Church Lane and then down the Main Road to present their colours. After the reading of the names and the 2 minute silence, wreaths were laid by representatives of local organisations.

“..at the going down of the sun, and in the morning, we will remember them.” We will remember them.
